TERMS & CONDITIONS

Commissioning Artwork: By commissioning artwork from Canvas & Chrome, you agree to pay the fee for the services rendered. Any changes or additions to the original scope of work may result in additional fees.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin any commissioned artwork. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and before the artwork is shipped. You will receive images of the finished piece prior to final payment. Once payment is received, the artwork will be packaged and dispatched with tracking information.

The deposit is non-refundable and secures your commission booking.

Artistic Interpretation: Canvas & Chrome reserves the right to interpret your vision and preferences artistically. While every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests, artistic license may be exercised to achieve the desired aesthetic result.

Copyright and Reproduction: You acknowledge that all artwork created by Canvas & Chrome is protected by copyright law. Reproduction of the artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel your commissioned artwork after work has commenced, Canvas & Chrome will retain the 50% deposit to cover time and costs incurred.

Delivery and Shipping: Canvas & Chrome will make every effort to dispatch completed artwork promptly. Shipping and any applicable transit insurance costs will be confirmed with you before you place your order and are payable by you unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes: International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your artwork or shipping price and are payable by the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries: If your artwork arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Canvas & Chrome promptly so I can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

For damaged deliveries, please provide photographs of the artwork and packaging and, where possible, retain the packaging to assist with any claim

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or protections that apply by law.
