At Canvas And Chrome, we want you to love your purchase. As a boutique studio, we take great care in inspecting and packaging every order personally. If something isn't right, here is how we can help:

Change of Mind: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.

  • The original packaging is intact.

Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged (we know the post can be rough!):

  • Please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).

  • Our Promise: We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: To maintain the quality of our collection, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Custom-made or personalised orders.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
